Traditional handcrafting skills are used to make this award-winning oolong tea. The techniques involve manual rolling and slow roasting of the tea leaves harvested from some of the highest tea-producing regions of Taiwan. Those traditional techniques allow mastery of details that produce this superior example of a classic oolong tea, which has won awards at multiple international tea competitions.

1. Fill the teapot 1/3 full of water for the first infusion.
2. For each subsequent infusion, add just enough water to cover the unfurling tea leaves.
