The tea leaves harvested to make this black tea are cultivated from regions that are up to 4,000 feet higher than those grown to make typical black tea. Strong distinctive characteristics of oolong tea are prevalent from cultivation in high-mountain conditions. This black tea has earned two awards at an international tea competition in Paris, France.
